Untitled-1.jpg During a wedding day I always get asked as a photojournalist how much time I need to capture moments; my response is as much time as it took for that moment to happen.

Documenting a wedding with photojournalism takes skill in anticipating moments. Though I can create imagery for my clients and have fun doing it, the moments that make my heart beat are those unscripted images I get while carefully following the bride and groom around. All of my images I've ever placed in Internationally have been those of which the subject was not aware of me. It does take patience as a photographer to accomplish this and you really have to like spending the entire day alone ;) Aside from a check-in with my assistant, there really isn't much talking going on! I prefer it that way though; my imagery would not be the same if I wasn't enthralled in each given moment. I love my job and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Welcome to my blog Hello, Thank you for being here. I run a boutique wedding photography business that focuses on the art of wedding photojournalism. As an international award winning wedding photojournalist of the [AG]WPJA, I photograph couples in love who are looking to capture the raw emotion and energy of their day. I love to travel to different areas and if you love what you see then please feel free to send a message an inquire about your wedding. This blog is dedicated to love of wedding photojournalism, my lovely clients and their amazing wedding day celebrations! .....Jayme
